FROM TUSCANY
Acqua Panna
The still water that finishes a great meal.
The story
Drawn from a single source in the Apennine hills of Tuscany — the Villa Panna spring at 880 metres above sea level — Acqua Panna has flowed for over four centuries. Slow filtration through layers of limestone and clay gives it a famously smooth, round mouthfeel and a low mineral profile that lets food speak first.
It's the still water sommeliers reach for when sparkling would compete with the meal. Round, soft, almost sweet — the kind of water you don't notice until you do.
