Entertaining at home
A water selection
as considered as the table.
Six brands, curated by occasion, glass, and pairing. For the host who's noticed the water gets less attention than it should.
For an aperitif
Sparkling, fine bubble
San Pellegrino 250ml glass, served chilled in a flute. Or Bené 330ml sparkling for a local twist. Cuts through olives, charcuterie, anything salt-forward.

Still, mineral, round
Acqua Panna 750ml glass — the famously soft Tuscan still that lets the food do the talking. Or Mountain Falls for the same low-mineral feel from the Overberg.

Larger format, refillable
1L and 1.5L glass bottles for the table that doesn't want to be interrupted. San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, La Vie De Luc and Bené all carry these formats.

The Curator's Box
Twelve bottles across all six brands. Pour blind. Compare. Talk about it. The water becomes part of the evening, not an afterthought.

Three rules for the water-curious host.
- Pour two waters, not one. A still on the left, a sparkling on the right. Let the table choose alongside the meal.
- Cold but not freezing. Sparkling at 6–8°C, still slightly warmer. Both lose their character when too cold.
- Choose the right vessel for the occasion. Glass for the table where the meal is the centrepiece. PET when ease and volume matter more than the pour.
